The Amazing Race Season 16 visited the Seychelles in its 7th episode. Competitors had to either entice oxen to cart a load of coconuts to market or race a 100-year-old Giant Tortoise on the remote island La Digue, then dive in the tourquoise clear waters of the Indian Ocean off Il St. Pierre to retrieve a message in a bottle.
