Sunny Seychelles Vacations Inc. Booking Policy

We currently accept payment only in certified cheque made out to Sunny Seychelles Vacations Inc, international money transfers, and email transactions. Upon booking, we reserve the time period which best suits your availability and we email you a rental agreement and damages waiver, if you can not view or print a copy from the link at the bottom of this page. This document is to be read and the last page signed and returned to our headquarters either by scan/email or post, along with the reservation payment (percentage or this fee is dependent upon which property is being booked). Upon receipt of these items, your vacation with Sunny Seychelles Vacations is booked, confirmed and your's unless you notify us otherwise. We require the balance* of your booking price upon arrival to your accomodations in the Seychelles paid directly to the property manager, in cash Euros, Pounds, or $USD

*where 'balance' means the Gross Total Due less the Deposit Amount

Sunny Seychelles Vacations Inc. Cancellation Policy

If you request a cancellation more than 2 months prior to your arrival in theSeychelles, your booking may be easily cancelled and your reservation payment refunded in total. If you request a cancellation within two months of arrival in the Seychelles, we reserve the right to keep the booking payment. If there is a legitimate reason for canceling (including but not limited to a government-run or -sponsored authority issuing a severe weather warning, a terrorist attack or other harsh violent erruption, or an airline grounding or cancelling a flight without rerouting or rebooking its seats, death or dismembermant or self or immediate family, etc), we will negotiate a refund together. In the event that said legitimate circumstance cause you to you arrive late, leave early, or become totally unable to arrive at all, you may contact us to negotiate a deduction as compensatation for the missed portion of your vacation

La Digue Accommodations 2 Booking Policy

Once availability of the house has been confirmed, should you wish to proceed with your booking you are requested to confirm by email and arrange to pay a 50% (of the total stay) non-refundable deposit by bank transfer within 48 hours, communicating the details as soon as possible. The balance* of the payment should be made in cash (Euros) upon arrival or by bank transfer prior to arrival

In cases of cancellation deposits will not be returned. Refund of deposit will only be considered if cancellation is made more than 3months prior to arrival date
